29A ends the noise/droning mp3 series (check here). It's an exerpt of a long long long improvisation with modular synth, DIY CMOS oscillators and a Reaktor patch (work in progress, probably named Precession) that I'm developing for the next series. 29A in short: harsh sounding and slow evolving drone.

I was searching some old reaktor patch and... Nice! I lost again everything on my external hd... but lucky me, in another hd, well buried in a bunch of subfolders I found some good forgotten patches. I ended up spending 1 hour playing with one in particular: "granurythm".

Basically it's a sine oscillator that goes into a granulator with an AD triggered by the midi clock. All the parameters are sequenced by a series of fancy tables. I am not the best reaktor patcher and it could be better but it does a good job creating micro glitchy rythmic sequences and melodies.

And I forgot to say that I took the idea of those tables somewhere, can't remember where...

A few impros recorded while testing some new exotic modules. Most of the time it's the wonderful Wogglebug taking control of everything, the rest of time it's me turning knobs and plugging cables without any clue. It's more about randomness than noise, anyway fun to play.
